Your home’s condition is vital to a sale. A clean, well-maintained home enjoys a competitive edge over other homes on the market and allows the seller to reap the full profit potential on the sale. Even spending $500 on paint could add another $2,000 to the price of your home. Basic, simple and inexpensive improvements can provide an improved emotional response in a potential buyer.
